Please bear in mind that ALL of your peripherals and connections add up to your power usage. So PCI cards, keyboard, mouse, USB devices, optical drives, storage etc. However a i5 7600 build with a 1050ti including fans, wireless card, gaming keyboard and mouse and 8gb ddr4 will likely pull a load wattage of around 300W, so a 430W should be fine. I have based the calculation on the following build:
i5 7600
1050ti (with some OC)
2x 4GB DDR4 modules
Wireless PCI card
Several USB 3.0 devices
Gaming keyboard
Gaming mouse
2 x 120mm fans (intake and out)
1 10k RPM SATA HDD
Optical drive
