will the amd athlon 64 x2 5000+ bottleneck the GT730 4GB

a friend of mine wants to upgrade his gpu, he has the gigabyte m52s-s3p (socket m2) mobo, 4 GB of DDR2 800mhz RAM and the amd athlon 64 x2 5000+ which is dual core @2.6 Ghz, he wants to but the GT730 4GB GDDR5, question is, will it get bottlenecked?

It is possible, back in the day it didn't take much more than a 8800 GTX to see bottlenecking showing its face with my OC'ed 64 X2 5600+. Really though a minor bottleneck in a system that old doesn't mean much, still most things will be unplayable due to the extremely slow CPU.
