They really, really need to be straightened.
Might boot, might not. Might fry the CPU.

This was one of my systems a couple of months ago:
Before - No boot

After - boot success

So should they all be at a 90 degree angle? Because if thats the case then I need to straighten out the entire thing, You know your stuff and thank you for helping me but what is the most efficient method; tweezers?

They need to be at the same angle...up/down and sidways...as all the non-bent ones.

A stable surface (kitchen counter)
Bright desk lamp
Patience
A steady hand
