I have an old motherboard which is the https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157113. I was about to buy a 2nd hand core 2 quad cpu but confused because of the specification given on the motherboard that it only supports "Core 2 Extreme / Core 2 Duo / Pentium D / Celeron" but it has lga775 socket that a core 2 quad requires. Thanks in advance! BTW, I'm building from parts that I can get in my house and giving it to a kid.
