the first one seems to work as a wifi extender also, it has two ethernet connectors, one to connect a pc or switch, the second not sure what use it could have, could be a simple switch with just 2 ports, a nice feature

there is two models, it seems that one has the 2 ethernet ports and the other doesn't

the second one is just a powerline kit, network from point a to point b being a the router and b another pc or switch in other side of your house without ethernet wiring asking for this kit
