I have a 8gb RAM and a GT 620. I would like to take the best from my memory for gaming and I've seen that I have like 3071 MB for system. For windows 7 64 bit i've found that minimum is at 2gb so i would like to reduce the system shared memory and increase the video dedicated memory to have better performance at games. Is it possible? Currently I have 1024 MB dedicated for the GT620.

Short answer here is no. If you need a GPU with more dedicated vram then it's time for a new GPU. The GT620 is a very poor gaming card anyway so even if you could allocate system ram it would not help because the gpu itself is too slow to utilize it.
