Ok so i have had this issue since the summer sale started and just said to myself all the time that it's beacuse the trafic but now the sale has stopped and i stil get around 7mb/s and then 0 for like 7-10 minutes then it goes up to 10mb/s and then down to 3 then 0 for 10 more minutes.
I usually have around 10mb/s and i have tried the download cache and changed regions nothing works aldo when i switch to the japanese server i get a constant 1mb/s download speed.
