Apologies if this isn't the correct location to post this but I'm not sure of where else to post it.
I've looked around online and tried every possible solution to try and fix this, I wont remember them all / be able to list them all but I've tried: flushing dns, resetting router, disabling antivirus, setting up MTU, system restore to before the issue started happening (someone said this fixed it for them), netsh winsock reset. I'm sure there's more that I have tried I just cannot remember everything.
