HIGH ping league of legends 5 cat

So I woke up morning and i started to play league and I realized that's the ping was unusually high and no one was using the internet and then it dropped to 168 ms and it went back to 345. But yesterday it was still good like at 74-75ms and I'm connected to then enternet also my cord is cat 5 and my internet is 3mbps also I've been using enternet for 2 days
