It's pretty good as is. An 850W PSU is way overkill unless you plan to add two powerful graphics cards sometime in the future. For a Single 1060 a 550W is probably a better match, or go for a 650W and that should cover you for any future single graphics card upgrade you might make.

Also have you considered the Ryzen 5 as an alternative? nothing wrong with the i5 at all but gaming wise there's not really much in it and the Ryzen might make for a more balanced all round PC in the long run

1st of all,
850w isn't necessary, unless u're going on 1080ti SLI later on, Dugimodo is right, 650w is already good enough for a single 1080ti build, so u better spend the extra money on a 80+ platinum instead, much more worth it

Dugimodo already suggested u to get the Ryzen 5, again he's right, all Ryzen are OCable, so u can just get the B350 mobo (which is cheaper than Z series usually) or if u're planning on SLI later, the X370 (price bout the same as Z series), Ryzen had more core & thread, which means more productivity performance and more stable fps, since new games are starting to utilize the extra core/threads, also, the Ryzen non-X version comes with a Stock cooler, which means it isn't necessary for u to get the liquid cooler (if u still want it, better get the X version, comes with auto-overclocking feature too and no stock cooler)

1060 is overpriced / out of stock almost everywhere now, don't get it, either go 1050ti below / 1080 beyond, (RX 470 - GTX 1070 are all overpriced) or u can just wait for Vega and see what it offers. (u're buying a GTX 1060 with a MSRP of 220$ at the price of 367$ dude...)

The reason for the over kill psu is in trying to have as less noise as possible so I don't have to worry about the sound and with corsair psu they don't turn on until 40% load
