High CPU Usage In Game?

So I don't know why this is happening but when I play games my CPU always uses 100% and although this is good my GPU is running about 90%. I know this could be that my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU but I have an I5-6500 and GTX 1060 and I've been looking at other benchmarks and rig's of friends and it seems that it's not always 100% in every game for them but it is for me. This is very hard in FPS games like Overwatch and CSGO as it just keeps stuttering when CPU hits 100% and this has never happened before. HELP!!!!!

try to clean up background apps
don't open too much stuff when gaming
i had a Pentium g850 + 1050ti and rarely gets to 100% in mainstream games like that (except when loading the maps and stuff of course, but it does become unstable when i had my browser open too)

I have about 130 processes right now but I don't really know which ones I should keep on or off

try to sort them based on the cpu usage and check the big ones with "search online" feature to figure out what it really does, might be some kind of virus or something there

my WIn10 Pro has 87 processes, 8 of which are from a single Chrome tab reading this forum, and 10 are from Nvidia, 6 from SecureAPlus, 3 from Dropbox, 2 from Itunes/Apple, the list goes on....

You should ideally be able to identify each, just to help identify malware when it appears, which is much easier when you are very acquainted with what is 'normal'....

When in doubt, a pass with Roguekiller (or JRT) and Malwarebytes Antimalware should allow termination/removal of anything truly bogus...
