I have a hitachi 1tb hdd(931GB HITACHI HUA722010ALA330) its almost 8 months old. Its not extremely slow but its noticeably slow.My windows 10 seems to take longer time to boot as compared to that of some of my friends(who have same OS and on hdd not ssd) games take longer to load, not a hell of a lot but again noticeably longer.I tried running CHKDSK , it says everything is normal. i also ran crystaldiskinfo , it shows 100% healthy. Full Pc Specs
i7 7700k
16gb(8x8) corsair vengence ram
gigabyte h110-m-h-cf
128gb samsung ssd
unknown power supply(cool max)
Every thing except my hdd is 3-4 months old. my hdd is about 8 months old Task manager shows normal disk usage, rarely it is 100 percent and usually it is well below that.
I used stop watch to note my boot time.It is 1:37 minutes. I don't think this is normal for my specs
