Hello all and thank you for sparing some of your time to help. I have been a gamer for a long time now and due to being a university student I didn't have the time/money to invest into a solid PC build. Now the time has come! I am planning to build a gaming/streaming PC in about 2-3 months and I would love to have some guidance as I have never done this before. I only had budget laptops so far so I'm pretty sure that whatever I get, its going to feel a huge upgrade. My criteria for the build are simple.
Budget: 2500 Euro(max)
Play and stream flawlessly in 1080p(in order to stream)
No need to upgrade any time soon

I currently live in Cyprus therefore I will probably have to ship it from a European country, Germany seems like a good option but I'm open to suggestions. Any comments about the build are welcome. Is it an overkill? Does it need upgrade? Thank you all again for your time!
