Lint is tiny pieces of fabric residue being left behind, like if you were to use toilet paper for instance, you would have loads of fibres left behind, thats lint, and you wont get that with those wipes, you wouldnt be able to use them on open wounds if they left lint behind, I buy the exact same thing, they are excellent to use, and very cheap.

I personally wouldn't use 70%. Most of the research I've always done said stick to 90+ % isopropyl. I personally use 99% as a "better safe than sorry" play. I bought a bottle off amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001B5JT8C/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

Just used it to clean the mess MSI left on a 1080ti GPU's processor before putting an EK block on it.

On a side note, it works well for getting wood stain off your hands too! ;-)
