Which for old Windows games? In Windows 9x in DOSBox i can't install game from CD because not support CD Drive, some games not working and it's not stable in Windows 9x. Should i stick with PCem for Windows 9x games and use DOSBox only for MS-DOS games?

EDIT:

I just tried Need for Speed 3 and High Stakes and it's lagging with 3DFX in Windows 98 in PCem.

I think dgVoodoo and nGlide are the only/best choice for games which doesn't work in Windows 10, DOSBox for DOS games and GOG games. All Windows Emulators sucks.

Solution
That's probably what he did, there are no VB extensions/vmtools to give windows 9x access to the 3d support.

Best hope is to search the nets for patched/rewritten installers that allow you to install old games on new a OS most of the times this fixes everything the games work fine.

I agree. There's a patch for almost all old games. Most old games works with/without patches or with dgVoodoo/nGlide in higher resolutions in Windows 10. Most old games are GOG.
