Which one should I upgrade first?

I have a GT 730 4 gb, and an AMD Athlon X4 760K as a hand me down, cause of my uncle upgrading his own system, Now as a student, these things are expensive and takes time to get, so my question is should I upgrade GPU or CPU first to play games like Overwatch, GTA , Tekken 7.

First, there are no real upgrades from the 760K on the FM2 platform so you would need to replace you motherboard to upgrade the CPU. The good news is that you can get a pretty good upgrade from the GT 730 that won't be bottlenecked by the CPU, the GTX 1050 Ti. This should have a huge impact to your gaming performance.
