Considering your price range and the non-available AMD cards in that class, the GTX 1050 Ti is the best choice for you. They both have the same clock specs, so go with either one you like the best. I have both EVGA and Gigabyte in use; no problems. Evga has the better warranty and service IMO if that matters. Btw, the Evga is out of stock in your link at the time of this posting.

Also BTW, I have a stock Q9550 running in my rebuilt Lenovo M58p mini tower. It has (at present) that Evga GTX 1050 Ti. Turns it into a very substantial 1080p gamer considering...

P.S my mobo is https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5KVM/ is it okay for a Gtx 1050 Ti..
and my ram is 6GB ddr2..

Nvidia cards with their UEFI have been pretty good when it comes to interfacing with older legacy BIOS boards. If you happen to run into the issue of the board not recognizing the card (highly unlikely), update the board's BIOS to the latest available.
