Link to my pc specs is below

Note:I'm using stock intel cooler, thermal paste hasnt been changed in years.

My pc was fine until a few months ago but when summer came,it started shutting down by itself whenever i try and load a map on csgo or load up overwatch.Cpu temps hover around 79 and at 50-60% utilization while the games mentioned in the title are loading or while im gaming on the below mentioned games
Whats strange is my computer does not shut down by itself when im playing tekken 7 or witcher 3 at max settings at 1080p

my gpu isn't overclocked and i have it set on -72mv core voltage using afterburner

What i want to know is,is the cause my psu or is it because i haven't changed the thermal paste. Please help

Solution
It may be a problem related with your drivers.Installing 3rd party networking drivers could possibly cause this.Check if crashes occur while playing games online.Try to play different games online and check if they crash or not.If it does it could possibly a driver problem.
CPU temperature is fine, but the video card could be bad, try to get a spare video card to test your system with.

The VS PSU is also on the lower end for a gaming system, that may be an issue. Why did you change settings with afterburner at all? Was the system crashing if you did not all the time?

yea i had to because my pc used to shutdown while i was playing overwatch without it.csgo was fine though.
it is most probably a psu problem, just wanted to make sure here

Power supply or video card issue then if you had to change the voltage to make it stable.
