New EVGA supernova G3 high CPU temps and loud fans

So I got the EVGA Supernova G3 750W today as an upgrade from the corsair cx430. I installed it in my system and booted in to windows, after a minute I got a blue screen. After the blue screen my (I think) gpu started going very high fan speeds and when I went into bios I saw that the CPU temps were extremely high 70-90c. I cleared cmos as I had a 4.5ghz @1.325 volts overclock on my CPU but that didn't seem to do anything. Now when I go into bios I see my CPU temp going up and up and I'm not sure about the gpu temps but I think they're also going up.Any help? My specs are

CPU: i5 6600k
CPU Cooler: Corsair h110i v2
Motherboard: Gigabyte z170x Gaming 7
Gpu: Msi gtx 960
Ram: 2x8gb corsair Lpx
I also have a nzxt grid+ v2

I have xeon x5660 2.8 6 core and it runs 28-40 idle. Though i begin to wonder if your cmos has a glitch. Have to tried clearing cmos and reprogramming your settings back in to off it it stabilises after clearing cmos (doubt it but worth a try).

You didn't by any chance knock the heatsink on your cpu and part separate it from the cpu did you? Check that it is seated correctly - or even better take HSF module off and put it back on again - ensuring that the heat paste is still good and there is nothing obstructing airflow around the cpu cooler. Also, check airflow direction through your PC too - I usually recommend having airflow going front to back (set fans to pull into the case from front and push out at the back/side).

The heat sink looks fine, it's on the CPU pretty tight and I'm certain I didn't knock the heat sink during installation. I have 3 intake fans at the front and 3 exhausts 2 being the corsair h110i. My system was running fine before the EVGA psu, temps on the CPU were always super low, it's only when I got the new psu that the overheating problem started occurring.

And all of your fans start running normally when you turn the PC on (More importantly the CPU one than anything else)?
I would check in Windows whether the GPU is running a normal temp or not (speedfan is good for this) too as if it is, then there is something wrong with CPU cooler/fan setup - if not, it could be PSU issue.

When I boot up all fans start normally, when in the bios temperatures seem to go up pretty quickly for my gpu and CPU but in Windows my gpu temp according to afterburner is very low and stable but my CPU temp is around 30-50c according to Hwmonitor, I don't think it's going up but it is still pretty high for just idling in the desktop with no programs in the background. So basically bios starts heating my gpu and CPU and in Windows CPU is abnormally high in temps and gpu is fine.
