How high could I push (in terms of voltage and clockspeeds) my Ryzen on this motherboard, with Noctua NH-D15 as the CPU cooler and EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold as the power supply? Along with that, as it's my first time posting here, what else should I include in this post, what could I improve on?

Your answer depends on the silicone lottery. Most Ryzen chips hit a wall at 4.1ghz. Personally, I prefer to keep my voltage below 1.4 to prevent damage to the chip.
