External Hard Drive not working, recognized by device manager but not by drive manager

My WD Passport Ultra External Hard Drive isn't working anymore since yesterday. Before that it did just fine. Though my PC shows a massage an external hard drive is plugged, and I can find it in the device manager, I am not able to access my files with the windows explorer. I tried searching for a solution and one was to go to the driver management and change some things over there but I can't find my hard drive there, remarkably.
I added some screenshots to simplify the problem.

Also, I downloaded WD Drive Utilities and the program does recognize the hard drive. I am even able to scan my hard drive in order to find some issues but it says it is completely working properly.
Btw, the F: Drive you see in the 3rd picture is my USB stick, not my external Hard Drive.

Hopefully someone is able to help.
Thanks in advance for your replies!

Kind regards,
Harm

Solution
@Harm_1, you need to show us the COMPLETE window. I see a device "ESD-USB ( F: )" in the upper window, but because you didn't expand the lower there's no telling whether or not it appears there.

Question, did you go and manually assign a drive letter to this WD device? If so it might very well be conflicting with another device, and therefore invisible.

Hi,

F: is my other USB that is plugged in my pc (which works perfectly fine), it is not the 'WD My Password'.
Also, I did not manually assign a drive letter to the device, I had never issues with it until now so never needed to manually assign anything.

Well, looks like you were right. Scrolling down did do the job for me after all, I am now able to see the Hard Drive.
Thanks for the solution!
