GeForce GTX 1070 8GB SC Black Edition Substitute?

Since this particular graphics card is never available, due to what I presume is poor supply management by GeForce and price gouging, I want to look for a suitable replacement with equal or better stats within the same price range ($400 +~ say, $100)

I would like help finding a similar card for my new PC, which would be a direct substitute for this one. It's not price gouging. They aren't available most are second hand sellers. The crypto currency mining pretty much makes building anything with more than a 1050ti or less than a 1080 unwise right now. Just wait a bit and pick out what you want. These aren't supply management issues. It's insane demand issues

Even so, is there anything you could suggest?
