New Computer Wont Post?

Hello! So I decided to get some computer parts.
Specs:
AMD Athlon X4 860K
Corsair H60
Antec H20 620
Hyper X 8GB DDR3 2400
Asus A88XM-A Motherboard
Asrock Extreme 4 + Motherboard
Corsair CXM 750W
GTX 970
GT 430
--------------------------------------
So above are all the parts I got for $200 US excluding the GT 430 and CX 750W. So I started building the computer and I took the CPU out of the box and I noticed it didnt sit properly in the socket. Well the pins were bent .... I got a credit card and bent them back and none broke off. Fits in the socket now but the system wont post. Not the GPU's or Power Supply . Put in Speaker and No Beep Code...

Things I tried: Swapping GPU for GT 430 instead of 970
Tried using both motherboards! Neither post?
Tried using 1 ram stick and swapping slots... Even used none lol
Tried using stock cooler instead of Watercooler
Tried testing out of the pc case this whole time. Never assembled in case ...

Im honestly stuck! Anyone help?

have you tried another CPU too? i think it has some issue as the pins were bent

I cant try another CPU . I only got the Athlon 860K but I did try both motherboards. I think im going to run to microcenter to get an AMD processor to see it it works. If so then its the CPU.

So I got the computer to post . Had to update bios with different cpu . But for some reason HWMonitor days the CPU temp is 119C? Don't understand... I have the Corsair H60 but the pump isn't lighting up. Maybe I didn't plug it in right
