Can't get past BIOS screen

I had a few updates in the Asus EZ Update application, so I downloaded them and I was prompted to restart my PC after. During the restart I now can't get past my BIOS screen, i'm not sure what's going on. It's an Asus TUF Z270 Mark 2 Motherboard. Here is a picture of what happens before it goes into the BIOS screen:

Oh wait yeah there was a BIOS update! I remember there were 5 updates total and I think 2 of them were BIOS related for compatibility. Also may be unrelated but my keyboard won't work for the keys in the BIOS, I have to click with my mouse because the keys won't work
