used the monitor cable for psu and vice versa for psu,

i notice they both had different fuses however the computer was working when doing so and was wondering if any damage was done especially since i was overclocking.

Hi

In the uk mains plugs comply with standard bs 1363 and have fuses to bs 1362
Normally 3 amp Fuse for lcd screens and 5 amp for pc's

Definitely not 13 amp fuses as the cables are not usually rated at 13 amp unless on a psu over a kw

If you are referring to the motherboard power and PCIe for GPU cable: What PSU? (Brand, model, and wattage. i.e. XFX 600W isn't good enough to know.)

If you're referring of the power cable from your mains/outlet to the monitor and PSU, those can be interchanged without issue all day or night long.
