Gta 5 can run in i3 530,4gb gtx 1050 graphic card, 10gb ram

I have intel core i3 530 processor. 2gb ddr3 ram.. And i am planning to buy gtx 1050 4gb graphic card and 8 gb ddr3 ram... Can i run gta 5 on 60 fps

With that CPU, only if you significantly decrease your graphic settings and likely run on 720 resolution.
Won't get much more than that. 1050 will be wasted with the CPU.
Also you don't have enough RAM

So with what you've mentioned there, in a simple answer, i would say, No.
