My i7 3770k is stable at 4.4ghz at 1.200-1.212 voltages. After stress testing in 15min with realbench it got up to max 70c on the hottest core, the other cores stayed at 64-67.

Do you think this is fine? At 4ghz and 1.032 voltages my cpu goes up to 66c max. So i see about 1c every 100mhz until 4.4ghz, so i'm happy here. Do keep in mind, that i have a xxxxxx asetek liquid cooler.

If you are keeping your temps below 75C for 24/7 operation you will be fine. I have my i7 3770K at 4.5GHz on 1.22v but I delidded mine so my temps never get above 60C.

70C is VERY hot for your processor. I recommend you reduce your clock speed so as not to damage the processor. 67.4°C is the maximum recommended by Intel. Some people go ~5C over that but I highly recommend against it. See HERE and HERE for more info.
