Honestly, your only option is to work through Blizzard on this. There's nothing more you can do. If they haven't responded to your e-mails in about a week, you can try and write them again.
Don't be alarmed if you don't hear back from them immediately. I'm sure they get thousands of e-mails per day and they HAVE to go through each one and determine the validity of the claim and then assign it to the appropriate team for resolution. Once it's assigned, that team puts a priority on the issue and works them based on priority and in the order the ticket was received.
