Hello, well i really need help, the problem is the next:

I buyed it a new "Geforce GTX 750 TI" and a new PSU "Corsair vs450", i was trying to update a old PC:

PSU : Noganet ATX 550p4
Mother: Intel DH61CR_
CPU: Intel i3 3220
RAM: DDR3 / Kingston 2GB x 2
Monitor: Samsung sorry i don't remember the correct model
SO : Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Well i installed the new PSU first, no problem, start good, without problems, so i continue to install the new GPU, so i just put in the socket correctly i connect VGA port in the GPU and in the monitor.

And here problems starts. First i don't get visual, i read about it and i need to updated the BIOS. Well i download the .BIO files and installed with F7, no problem. After of this i get visual but when Windows try to start don't boot and get in loop, after of this i read, so i need to change "SATA CONTROLLER" i have in AHCI so i change to IDE and the windows start good, so i continue and downloaded last driver from the page of NVIDIA, i installed and restarted, all good, when i tried to try games, the most games don't work good, for example the CSGO goes well, but not like the best FPS, i try all graphics in LOW and have bad FPS, like 30-40, i tried LOL and just a bit better, but i don't know what happening, so i tried to change again AHCI, i modified registry, and i could. But nothing changed.

This is normal? Doing nothing.

So idk how to continue, maybe the MOTHERBOARD is old? maybe can't work good?
Thanks.

EDIT: I checked the temperature of GPU and it's okay, in heavygames, just 63° and other just 50° or minus.

SOLUTION : Apparently it was the temperature of the CPU, the only thing I did was the thermal paste paste.

no its nothing to do with the motherboard, did u buy the gpu used or new. If used it could have been used for mining and could be near the end of its life cycle causing it to run slowly.

I buyed it a new "Geforce GTX 750 TI".

Btw i think i have bad luck, why? well, i tried "Rise of Tomb Raider" a heavy game and goes well, like 30-60 fps, works good all in high-normal. But i think CSGO and LOL it's working bad, i'm not sure yet, but i need to try more games for know it's just that two games or other things.
Thanks for the answer.
