How to overclock an Intel i7-4500U CPU?

I'm having some trouble overclocking my CPU (the one mentioned in the title).
It's my first time, so I had looked up some tutorials online. The one I'm using said that there should be a tab in my BIOS that would allow me to overclock (and urged caution, which I intended to follow) but when I got into my BIOS, I didn't see anything of the sort. I found out that the guide was written with the newer Intel K-series in mind which have built-in overclocking features, and mine is obviously part of the U-series.
Can I still overclock my processor, despite it being a member of the U-series? If so, how?
I have a Dell Inspiron 7537 model, if that helps. I know that overclocking sometimes has to do with the motherboard as well.

Solution
Yeah it's the CPU (as well as Dell's OEM motherboard). You need a K-series chip and a Z-series motherboard to overclock anything (although a handful of older H-series motherboards allowed CPU multiplier changes for overclocking). Any Intel Core i5/i7 series CPU without the "K" on the end is not overclockable.
