Help with new PC build compatibility issues?

Building new pc https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BM9yzM not sure what the compatibility issues refer to exactly any assistance would be appreciated. I'm still rather new at this only built my first rig once then added some other stuff in along the way now I'm upgrading. Some of the parts I already own like the GPU and ram as well as the HDD and SSD. Issues below.

The Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the Gigabyte - GA-AB350-GAMING 3 ATX AM4 Motherboard.

Unable to verify the Rosewill - Challenger-U3 ATX Mid Tower Case and the Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler are compatible.

The Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the Gigabyte - GA-AB350-GAMING 3 ATX AM4 Motherboard.
Means that you may have to order AM4 mounting for that cooler as mounting hole on AM2 MBs are in different places fro AM3. CM makes them but you'd have to order them from them. Only charge is for delivery.

That has to do with cooler's height. It's 158mm from CPU to it's top so case would have to be wide enough for that, 160mm at least and that's at least 180mm from MB mounting plate to it's side cover...

http://www.overclock.net/products/rosewill-challenger-u3-black-gaming-computer-case it says that depth is 7.48 inches and that translates to almost 180mm and that means it's a close shave with maybe couple of mm to spare.
