Having A Problem With YouTube And Such..

So ive had this problem for quite a while now and its still happening to this day... what happens is, im casually on YouTube then it either buffers for like 3 seconds and freezes or just freezes randomly, then once it has fixed itself i get a greenscreen instead of the video and its getting very fustrating :/ My GPU Drivers are up to date, i have 8gb ram. I have no idea... Thanks :)

These types of youtube distorted video issues I've from the very first time I started using Windows 10 when using AMD APUs, and ATI graphics cards at work....; video starts distroted, I grab the slider, rewind it 2 seconds, then it plays fine...

Not sure if I should blame MS, or AMD/ATI, or a combination of both.... I only know I've seen no such issues on my HP AMD A4/APU laptop until the very *day* of starting Windows 10. (Saw same issue on old Core2 DUo processors at work, and, I know they use older ATI graphics cards...)
