Setup new liquid cooler now pc doesnt work

Hello, i currently got a new thermaltake water 3.0 and i installed it and plugged everything in (hopefully correctly) When i turned on my pc it stayed on for like 1 minute and i aparently took out my booting drive (ssd) sata cable. I plugged it back in and then my system didnt boot at all.... Any help is appreciated.
System specs:
Gpu:1050 ti
Cpu: i5 4690k
Mobo:gigabyte z97x gaming 3
Psu 750w
Ram: 16gb

Basically i have both radiator fans plugged into a led control box ( i think its that) and then have that plugged into the sys fan spot. I dont know if thats correct or not. The water cooling part that goes over the cpu has a plug that i plugged into the cpu fan spot

Normally, your BIOS tells the PC to detect the fan speed before booting the system ... if it doesn't see that fan speed is above the minimum, it will not let the machine boot. Your CPU fan should be connected to your CPU MoBo header. These CLC type units use various methods for addressing this issue, usually providing two CPU headers (CPU and CPU_OPT). Check your manuals.

As for performance... at the same noise levels, you can expect the Water 3.0 (59C @ 40 dbA) to provide almost the same level of cooling as Noctua's NH-D15 (58C @ 38dbA) air cooler.
