Clone a hard drive

Is there a way of cloning a drive 1 to 1 (or sector by sector) preferably a dock station?

I have 2 instances that I would like to copy a drive exactly over to a new drive.

1.) I have a WD Sharespace NAS that has 4 drives in a RAID 0 config. This drive was mostly for movies that I could reload onto another drive (hence the RAID 0 for space over redundancy), but I do have some other files that I had to store on there from a cloud service that shut down with little notice. Due to power flickers, one drive light has turned amber noting a drive going bad.

2.) I have an old desktop that has one drive in a 2 drive RAID 0 that has given me S.M.A.R.T. error saying it's failing. This RAID 0 array is my boot drives.

Is it possible to get a 2 drive docking station of sorts, where I can put the failing drive in one slot, and a brand new drive in the second slot and do an exact copy of the old drive to a new one and be able to plug the new drive into the device the old one came out of and have it operate like the original drive?

i.E.:

Take the failing drive from the RAID 0 boot drives out of the desktop, place it in slot 1 of the dock station. Put a new drive of the same size in slot 2 of the dock station. Do the steps to needed to make an exact copy of the drive in slot 1 to the new drive in slot 2. After the clone, be able to take the drive in slot 2 and put it into the desktop and have it operate as the original did.

Solution
it creates a 1:1 copy. the controller should not be able to tell the difference, be it RAID, NTFS, or RAW.

sector by sector the format should not matter.

That's similiar to what I'm looking for, but will it do drives that were in a RAID config??
