GTX 1050 TI is performing below expectations

Don't take benchmarks too seriously, game with it and check if it meet your needs. What's your FPS on what games?
Also, that GPU is made for 1080p or less at Medium/High settings in recent games.
Taking a quote from that site
"37.4% is a below average 3D score (GTX 1070 = 100%). This GPU can handle older games but it will struggle to render recent games at resolutions greater than 1080p. (Note: general computing tasks don't require 3D graphics)"
Not even a GTX 1060 is meant for res. above 1080p, and taking that's it's claiming that a 1070 is their 100%, it's fair enough to say that a 1050Ti is 37.4% below that. From what i've seen, many others 1050Ti benchmarks in that site reached near or the same score you got.
Don't worry that much, your card is fine.
