So I have a 1070 Strix OC Edition, I got MSI Afterburner and overclocked it, Voltage 100+ and well some other stuff. I was playing with an app called SFM (Source Filmmaker) where suddenly the app froze and my screen turned black and turned back on. This is probably because of unstable overclocking, so I lowered it a bit, but the thing im worried about is the affect of performance. Will the unstablity slow down my pc and affect its performance? (Keep in mind as soon as I noticed this I turned it back down.)

Just cranking up all sliders is never a good way to start overclocking. Normally, you always increase clock speed a little, then see if it's stable and doesn't run too hot. Rinse, repeat until you reach the maximum stable overclock.

Normally, when an overclock is unstable, you'll only experience freezes and black screens. If it gets too hot, maybe even a complete shutdown.
Such an overclock shouldn't be run for a longer time, as it will kill the overclocked hardware in the long run.
With the way you went about it (especially the voltage), you might have risked completely frying your GPU :p
