Also what case fans should I buy in addition???

Solution
Just a couple of suggested modifications:

SSD - Get the Samsung 850 EVO (much faster and current) instead of the 830.

CPU Cooler - Actually, the stock CPU cooler of Intel will do. But, if you want better/more silent, try Cryorig M9i or Cryorig H7.

PSU - The CX450M is enough. Just in case you wish to upgrade in the future to a GTX 1070/1080, might as well get the CX550M version for more headroom and better efficiency in full loads.

RAM - The 8GB is enough (for now). If you want "future-proofing" or use the PC for extreme multi-tasking/editing works, a 16GB is recommended (as well as for future games that may require/recommend 16GB).

Solution
I would go with a Samsung 960 evo. It is not much more money than a SATA SSD but has much better performance. I would also look at the prices for 16gb of RAM vs 8gb. You should not mix RAM kits, even the same manufacture and model, so if you want 16gb in the future, you will have to buy a whole new 16gb kit.

Yeah I second this suggestion - there's no reason to use an SSD that old unless you already have it.
