Delidding cpu and swapping the 'lid' with another cpu.

Hi all. Question about cpu delidding with a tool - would it be at all possible to swap the 'lid' of a 4th gen i3 with that of a 7th gen i7. Are they dramatically different sizes? Is there a delidding tool that would fit both? Thanks in advance!!
