So my internet is already slow and I should be getting .1 to .3 Mb/s download speed for my Xbox one. I do get those during download but I'm also getting speeds of 12 KB/s and 356 kb/s more often than the speeds I should be getting. I need to know if there's anyway I can make my download speed stay consistent at the .1 to .3Mb/s.
I have a wired connection to my router with the Xbox
My computer is also wired to the router
Router is in the basement( just incase that makes a difference)
