I've got my new B350-F Strix, i'd like to use two Be Quiet Pure Wings 2 PWM 140mm, each rated at .30A, i will be getting the AKASA fan PWM splitter.
Cpu fan header is rated for 1A but no info about classic chassis fan headers anywhere :( I asked Asus and they gently told me to fuck off and use molex, which is pure cancer and kinda curiosity in 2017.
Thanks!

As a general rule of thumb, most fan headers are rated at 1A. Since the CPU header is 1A, it's extremely likely that the chassis fan headers are also 1A. Asus most likely uses the same hardware driver chip for both types of fan headers. Since you're maxing out at 0.6A, you're good to go!
