Im getting microstutters when i move in all my games and its driving me insane :/

My specs:
Gtx 1060 6gb
Ryzen 5 1500x
620w psu
8gb ram
ASRock ab350 Pro4 motherboard
and im on windows 10.
when i turn v-sync on it feels like i get less stutters but i dont like using v-sync because of input lag and no im not talking about screen tearing.

Solution
Check the settings in your video card drivers. I would set them to defaults before I do anything else. (Then check for the issue again.)

"the Vulkan engine makes the game stutter free for me while all other games stutter horribly"
Oh..
In that case, perhaps there is a problem with:
1. OpenGL or DirectX libraries
2. Video Card drivers (Try the newest ones from nVidia.com)

You may want to use driver sweeper before you install the newest video card drivers.

1. v-sync doesn't cause input lag. Say whatever you want, it's just not true.

2. Are you using a TV or a Monitor? (Some TV's have "Features" that clean up the picture and cause a lag or stutter. Great for movies but not for computers and games.)

3. Also, go into your Resource Monitor in Windows and see what if anything is eating up too much CPU, HDD or RAM.
(Example: I had microstuttering because my hard drive was pegged at 100% usage. It turned out that my Oculus software was updating and that's why my drive usage was so high and also why the game I was playing was stuttering. [both were stored on the same drive.])

4. Download and use Malwarebytes (Free-On demand not trial-always on) to scan for malware and viruses that can cause speed issues. (I had microstuttering in a game years ago, turned out I had a virus. I removed the virus and the game ran fine again.)

1. Well alright then point is i just dont like playing games with v-sync on :)
2. Im using a very bad monitor 60hz
3. i checked and everything is like its supposed to be there
4. i will do that now and check.
One thing i found weird is that in doom the Vulkan engine makes the game stutter free for me while all other games stutter horribly

I did a fresh clean install of drivers and everything is running perfect now. Thanks! :)
