Can I use DDR3 and i7 4790k on this motherboard?

I was wondering if DDR3 and an I7 4790 k would work on this motherboard. I found a really good deal on it and wanted to keep my older parts so I could have a mini ITX board

No you cannot use that motherboard.

It is for the 6th gen CPU's and uses DDR4.

No, this motherboard only takes ddr4

the I7 4790K is only compatible with a motherboard that has an LGA 1150 socket
