You don't need a driver for it, you just plug it into your microphone jack on the computer. Did you look at the setup manual if there was one with the mic? This is right on the item page in Amazon "The Microphone is Windows compatible, with no software to install--simply plug it into any available 3.5mm stereo port, select it as your input in your software settings, and you're ready to create your own audio."
Although you can't really use "any" port, you need to use an input port.

If you go to the audio options and look for what it shows for the recording device, there is nothing there? Audio test does nothing? There should be a level meter next to whatever microphone is active on the computer. Try it on another computer? Contact the vendor? It may just be broken if you can't get it to work on a few computers.
