can it possible mac os install on Asus Z270k Motherboard with processor i7-7700k 4.20GHz, 16 GB Ram corsair & MSI Graphics Card radeon RX 460 OC

But be careful:
Building a Hackintosh is a big project. Take some time for it, and do much research.

I guess you are talking of installing it on a Non-Apple hardware.There are different versions of Mac OS.

Technically its illegal to install Mac OS onto a Non-Apple hardware, but your configurations looks good for a Mac OS.
