Can’t figure out what is causing freezes

I have had my computer for almost 2 years and Out of nowhere about 2 months ago my computer has randomly began to completely lock up. In this time I have done everything that it says to do online. Based on everything I have tested I can conclude that the freezing is occurring because of some hardware failure. I have reset windows and deleted and uninstalled everything I had. My cpu temperature and system temp is never above 55°C. I have replaced several things in my computer. I have gotten new ram sticks, an entirely new graphics card, a new power supply and a new hard drive. I’ve reset the bios, tested for viruses numerous times. The freezing usually tends to occur when playing games but seems to be random occurring sometimes after 6 hours of playing and sometimes just 15 minutes. Over the course of last week it has gotten worse to the point where I can not get a clean boot at all, however sometimes I can get into Safe Mode just fine. Could this problem be the result of my motherboard. I haven’t found anything physically wrong with it(no burn marks or anything). Please help, I have ran Out of options.

My PC

Memory: 16gb DDR3
Hard drive: 1TB
CPU: AMD FX 6300 (is not overclocked)
GPU: EVGA gtx 1060 6gb
PSU: EVGA 650W
Motherboard: not entirely sure

Thanks!

the motherboard's model name is the "ga-78lmt-usb3 6.0" , the evga PSU is in the B series, and the previous one was the LS Ultra 600w and i had to get a new one for my graphics card. The freezing is happening on both power supplies.

let me do research
