When you say issues...what kind of issues do you mean?

well ive followed 2 seperate for my motherboard and for my cpu on overclocking and eaither time i do it the system bluescreens and im not sure why

There are a ton of videos on Youtube out there as well as resources here on Tom's FAQs about overclocking assistance. You need to study up on how to do it and why things are important to watch. It's not as easy as flipping a switch. You have to really understand your system's cooling performance, your chip's voltage tolerances, and many other factors (including if your motherboard CAN even overclock). I have an i5 4690K myself that overclocks easily to 4.7GHz but my hardware is likely different from yours.

Things aren't as simple as changing a multiplier, to reach a stable overclock there are many settings and BIOS options that may need to be changed to reach even a mild overclock (Providing your motherboard allows for overclocking). You will need to go away and research because it sounds like you are bumping up settings to more than you should and flipping settings that you shouldnt and probably dont understand, also another side note...not all components will overclock to the same. I overclocked my friends 4690k to 4.5 ghz but mine could only get to 4.3 ghz. Its called the "Silicone lottery".

It's not something someone can help you with over video or voice chat I'm afraid...you will need to research the settings you don't know about on your motherboard to understand what they do and also why and how they do what they do. Its a subject that requires technical research and practice, please for the love of god don't touch anything you don't know about, it can screw your computer up if you don't know)

I hope you manage to figure some of this stuff out.

Good Luck! :)

^^That. Everyone's hardware is different and even the chips themselves even if the same type are different from different manufacturing cycles. Some got better 4690Ks, some got worse 4690Ks (known as winning or losing the silicon lottery for overclocking success). I am in the top 25% of overclocking success relative to voltage needed at a certain speed with my 4690K, so technically I won the silicon lottery.

This all of course does not take into consideration as I mentioned the cooling situation between the case and the CPU cooler that is attached. As well as the room's ambient temperature.

Do you happen to know of a program that i can see the GHz on my cpu clock increase as im tweaking
the stuff cause when i got to system properties its still on 3.50...

You need to run a stress test program like AIDA64 or OCCT. Also, you can run MSI Afterburner while gaming which will show the load GHz of your CPU, GPU, memory, etc.
