Hello, I was doing a discovery in my PSU and it didn't have a 6pin-8pin for my card, I wondered I found this new cord called a SATA wire coming from PSU and show to be pointing toward my graphics card slot I was wondering can I have a 15 pin connector and connect that to a 6pin for my graphics card and it will still work correctly? I check the SATA wire and it's not connected to anything and it has 15 pins so could I buy this to connect to my card? Here is my specs/ pictures.
Also if you could tell me a way to check my pc wattage that be great.

open the case and look at the sticker on the power supply

yes that msi one does not need a 6-pin

now it comes down to you having sufficient wattage on the power supply to run it
