Why get this System Performance Low & asks if Change Color Scheme ?

Hello o/

Get this Low Performance Window even with this new Rig that i got built together few days ago. Today came 1st time after i closed Witcher 3 Client. Closing it happened fast so that's good even didn't adventure at all though as fiddled with settings before shop trip. Means that new DDR4 2400ghz Ram is doing it's job & also MSI Geforce GTX 760 2GB OC Edition.

Also 465GB (500gb @store) NVMe Samsung SSD 960 SCSI Disk Device (Unknown) is shown as Unknown for some reason. Maybe is cause i had to use "Populate" & make active via Comp. Management after got OS Installed. Or cause Speccy https://www.piriform.com/speccy doesn't Recognize M.2 slot where it's installed.

Just click close and don't show again and it will not show again, as for why its happening...no clear cut answer i would first think that disk usage could be high and windows is detecting things are running slow, but if everything is buttery smooth then it is fine to ignore and just click the don't show again button. @Shanetemple14 Helloez & ty for Assist Reply. I added the storage image now ^^ & yes System isn't being slow & i didn't select any theme when it popped to screen. There is no option to "don't show again" if i recall, but will take a look at if / when pops next time :) That used to come with my Old Rig that was troubled with lots of probs & snail speed so with that i totally understand why it came. I'll do as...

If you take a look at your first image that shows the popup, the last option allows you to tell windows not to show that popup again. Glad I could be of some assistance.
