No Video Display from CPU, Motherboard, RAM upgrade...Help!

Hi,

I just purchased a new Motherboard, CPU, RAM and CPU cooler today to upgrade my system. The system boots and I get a post beep from the motherboard, but I get no video signal from either my graphics card or my motherboard. The system is stable, and will run only restarting when I turn it off. When I turn the computer off it will always restart after a few seconds, I am assuming this has something to do with the display issue.

New Components
i7-7700k
Gigabyte Z270x-gaming 6
16gb EVGA DDR4 RAM (2x8, 3000 clock speed, 1.35V
Corsair H60 Cooler

What I have tried:
1. Taking my GPU out and using the Motherboard display ports
2. Using only 1 stick of RAM, switching between the two sticks.
3. Using both display port and HDMI ouputs from both GPU and motherboard (Motherboard does not have DVI or VGA outputs)
4. Checked to make sure my RAM is seated properly on the motherboard

Is there something I am missing or haven't checked? Has anyone else had this issue before

I figured out the issue, I apparently don't ready well. I accidentally purchased a Z170 chipset motherboard instead of a z270 and the bios needs to be updated to support the Kaby Lake chips. Thanks for all of you help and sorry for wasting anyones time.

I just followed the steps to reset the CMOS on the motherboard, and the same thing is happening. I just noticed the motherboard is displaying a debug code of 62 which in the manual states "Installation of the PCH runtime services" that it seems to be stuck there.

Both the 8 pin and 24 pin are connected on the motherboard and the PSU. I am using a Coolermaster Silent Pro Hybrid 850w PSU

I found this list during my initial research, and I had done everything on the list. I will go back through the list this afternoon to check if I missed anything.

From what I have been reading most people who have this issue end up having RAM that is a different speed or voltage from their motherboard. Are there any tricks to get the motherboard to boot into bios using RAM not at default speed or voltage?

I have also found the same error code 62 on other forums, but all of those pertained to Z170x motherboards needing to have the bios updated to support the 7700k. But my board is a Z270x and should support the processor.
