OK so a few days ago my Original Dell battery died and would no longer charge so I contacted the shop that I bought it from and they sent me a replacement battery for my Latitude E6430. (It was a 3rd party battery) So i installed it and the Laptop booted up but i noticed that the battery icon shows an "x" through the battery symbol and reads "No battery is detected" even though its running of the battery currently. I tried resetting the BIOS but that never help, i uninstalled the ACPI Battery Drivers multiple times but that didn't help either and last but not least i cleared the CMOS and the issue still persists. I contacted Dell and their only solution was to buy a Official Dell battery of their website (Which i was expecting) but I don't really want to fork out £100 for an official battery if there is a way of getting windows to recognize this new one so if anyone has had this issue and knows how to fix it the help would be much appreciated.

The battery is working fine as the laptop is able to run without being plugged in its just that windows is saying that there is no battery detected even though its running off that said battery and i've tried everything i can find on forums and youtube to help resolve the issue but nothing is working. :(
